I called CJ‘s Mobile Home Service with an urgent request to put skirting on a mobile that was scheduled to close in a few days. Response was immediate and did a great job with the skirting definitely recommend.

Contacted Chris to get our 50 plus year mobile home leveled. He was very clear on the process and the price and set us up with a speedy date to do the repairs. These guys are the only ones we will use moving forward. They replaced a good majority of our sub flooring, all insulation and a barrier on the ground. They were professional and explained everything in detail. My husband is very particular about house repairs and these guys blew him away with their quality of work! You can’t find good quality workers like this anymore. I’ll give 5 stars but they deserve so much more than that!

Above and beyond service and professionalism. From first contact, quotation, scheduling, and arrival, their communication was perfect and they showed up on time. We hired Chris and his crew to relevel our 10 year old doublewide. Before starting they went room by room showing us where the house had settled. As they releveled it, I saw the actual progress as they checked from below and inside. It was great to see the bubble move between the lines. They also checked the tie-down straps and gave me a complete assessment, which was unexpected and reassuring. Everything below was solid and in great shape. Initially, the quoted price seemed reasonable but after the service was completed, I feel it was an amazing value. It's rare I have a smile on my face when handing a contractor a check. If you need someone to help out with your manufactured home, I recommend CJ and his crew! I emailed a few, and CJ replied pretty promptly came out the next day. I needed insulation installed and a new underbelly. We were scheduled at the end of march here it is the first week of march and he’s got it done! If he gets an opening for your job he calls and moves you sooner if it works for you, he communicates very well, I’ve had questions about other things, we are currently researching because my home does not have a model just a make so figuring out a couple things without making unnecessary issues is fun! 10/10 recommend CJ! Quick, professional, reliable, great qualities to have!

Happy customer of C/J Mobile Home Service! This company did a great job replacing the skirting on my mobile. Chris, the owner, was extremely professional. He made sure he stayed in touch with me via phone and text during the weeks prior to coming onsite. He was able to provide me with multiple updates during that time. He made it a point to inform me when the skirting should be delivered and if they were still able to do the work on the agreed upon day. On the day of install he arrived on time (early in the day) and stayed until the work was completed (well into the early evening hours). He and his employee were both hard workers and extremely courteous. When the work was completed, they cleaned up everything, leaving no mess. I am delighted with the end result. The new look of my mobile is a true upgrade, and it even modernizes my home. When I realized I needed some help with the siding and maintenance on one of my properties no only did CJ make himself available when I was in town for a quote, when it came time to get the work done he and his crew were great. During the job they found a leak under the house and were able to get a plumber out same day to help repair the leak. The new siding looks great. I noticed a couple imperfections after they had left and sent a couple pictures. CJ was apologetic that it was missed and back out within the week to correct the 2 very minor issues I had. I am happy to say his 1st concern was my satisfaction with the job and not his pride or time. When I asked what I could do about a couple issues I had with some warped siding, it was an easy fix and he had one of his employees fix it right then and there. I can say he went above and beyond, so did the plumber he asked to come help with the leak. I would absolutely refer this company to anyone who asked me. CJ was very respectful, kind and quick to answer any questions or issues I had.

We hired CJ’s Mobile home service to redo the underbelly. Chris, the owner, did way way more than expected. He went above and beyond what he had to do. Very affordable, shows up when he says he will be there. Informed us of any problems he found while under the mobile. Did extra things that he did not have to do and immediately noticed with the underbelly being totally enclosed a huge difference in our a/c unit being much cooler inside. They did a great job fixing the issue I was having with my flooring and leveling my mobile home.There was a creaking sound a few weeks after the work was done but when notified they quickly sent someone out to fix it for me. I had a possum chew through my skirting and wasn't sure if it chewed through the vapor barrier so Christian crawled under to see if there was any damage. C/J Mobile home just leveled and made repairs on my son’s older mobile home in St. Augustine and did a fabulous job! I tried for over a month to find someone to do the rim joist repairs that needed replacement before the leveling. I could not find anyone willing to do the work! C/J mobile home was willing to come a very long distance to do both jobs. He stays very busy because he actually works:). I did have to wait for close to 2 months but he did the work on the promised date at the promised price. Wonderful Experience! PS- He has great reviews on BBB also.
